Adam Ayer

President, License Logic

Adam Ayer is the president of the LicenseLogic LLC. Through LicenseLogic LLC, Ayer teaches such software training courses as Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Certified Software Manager (CSM) and Advanced Software Manager seminars, and he occasionally acts as a consultant for SIIA’s Anti-Piracy Division. LicenseLogic LLC is the official company for instructing SIIA’s Software Manager seminars. Before founding LicenseLogic LLC in 2002, Ayer was responsible for managing SIIA’s worldwide internet anti-piracy and educational efforts. This included overseeing SIIA’s anti-piracy education program, working with federal law enforcement agencies, and managing lawsuits against individuals distributing illegal software online.

Ayer received his B.S. degree from Texas Christian University.
